The stuff was amazing friendly and efficient, the accommodation was modest and perfectly clean. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card in my superior double room. Its location in Saltburn-by-the-Sea was fantastic, near the beach & town as well as seafront. Visited Profile Gallery, one of the tourist spots, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

The place is reasonably clean, the room is air conditioned, the staff is competent and excellent. All in all they offer excellent service. Use the parking on site. The good restaurant is a nice plus. Thanks for a really really nice stay, we would come here again.

The hotel was pleasant, it had competent staff who was very belittling in his manner. The property had indeed a fantastic location in dining area. Café Camfields Espresso Bar located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

A huge variety of food items served for delicious breakfast. The venue was in a central location just next door to the beach and town centre, the coastline and the sea front. Furthermore we wanted to see a historic funicular, it was 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Spotless room with a view, incredibly nice staff — everything was fine. The breakfast had variety of gorgeous food and drinks. The location was marvellous and brilliant, just next door to beach and easily accessible. Its service was excellent.
